♡ Supernatural Provision & Honey Do Lists ♡

I woke up today to 2 things:

1.  A friend sent me a really good video message that helped me wake up with JOY!

2.  Then some “bad news” or “delay news” that my paycheck would be delayed a couple days.

I had some plans of course for that paycheck, like tithe/offering, pay bills, take care of licensing requirements that are due, groceries, etc.

I thought it’s kind of ironic that I’m currently reading Patricia King’s book called, “Step into Supernatural Provision.”

Pat King book

I thought, “Well, I guess it’s a good day to keep reading my book!”

After some encouraging, faith building thoughts from the book, the Lord started reminding me how He really went before me this week to prepare me for this delay.

♡  A friend gave me a pineapple this week!  She knew I was coughing a lot and that it would calm my system down.  (She’s a nutritionist!)

♡  When I went in for my favorite Bio Coffee earlier this week, the cashier threw in 3 extras!  How perfect!

♡  Another friend sent me encouragements to get me through!

♡  My small business had made a few sales this week, and really helped cover this delay!

♡  I also received $50 FREE in groceries this week from my Young Living business from FREE points!  Woohoo!

The Lord also showed me I could cancel a more expensive licensing education class planned for today, and that I could do a much cheaper one this time!  I would not have had the cash for it had I not made the change!  WOW!

♡  Honey Do

The Lord has regularly told me to “put it on the list” anytime there is something I’m needing.  So I started (SEVERAL!) Honey Do Lists.  I have them all over my house now!  All different categories of things I’m trusting HIM to take care of for me.

Then every time one gets answered, I write down how He took care of that need or even want!

It’s been building my faith, and having me more quickly turn to HIM to meet every need!

Let me know if you do the Honey Do lists and some of the awesome provisions you receive!

Raw Food & Essential Oils

For 2 years now, I have been using Essential Oils on a daily basis.

I joined Young Living Essential Oils, primarily to get my own oils at a discount.

I have had so many blessings from how the oils have supported different issues, that I decided to start sharing about it!

This oil, called Dragon Time is for the ladies!  It supports a lot of what we go through in a month.  Click on the video below for all the ways this oil supports our “Dragon Times” 🙂

Wholetones

Another thing I’ve learned about in Florida is Wholetones DVD’s, CD’s, book and MP3’s.

They are filled with healing frequencies, light, sound, and color therapy.

I play these in the mornings, or during the day when I’m working on things in the house.  I play them while massaging.  I play them when I’m on a plane.  They are soothing and wonderful!

Florida updates:

After a nice summer visit up north, and working with family and clients up there, I’m back in Florida!

I made it back just in time for Hurricane Hermine to pass alongside of us.  We had some flooding in some areas near us.  Thankfully my direct area was not affected!  Praise God!

I was blessed big time with a new little place, a SUPER LOVING landlord, and some beautiful furniture!

It’s ME time now.  I’m learning how to enjoy ME and my own space.  It’s refreshing, because I have not spent that much time in life focused on loving me.

Sending loving blessings to all!

Alkaline Water LOVE

I was hearing more and more about alkaline water down here in Florida, so I started to research a bit more.

I started trying some different ones I could buy at Whole Foods and other Natural Foods markets, and found some I really like.

The best to me are the ones with a pH of 9.5 or higher.

This is one I’m enjoying a lot!  It seems to hydrate better, so I need less water.  This seems to balance out the price.

I can’t help but think how God provides for us in this season of so many chemicals and things going into our natural water supplies.  He increases our knowledge to handle the times.

BLESSINGS to all!

Baby Steps ~ 38 Valuing the Truth of My Heart

Well, I’m off to a great start for 2016!  Back in Florida after the holidays.

Doing both Raw Til 4 and Fully Raw.  I received as a gift Freelea’s book

Raw Til 4

and bought Kristina’s book

The Fully Raw Diet

and am incorporating both into my life.  I can feel the vibe of America or maybe even the earth – many many people aiming for improvement in their health and diets.  What a great time for a cleanse and a re-start!  Ride that wave!

I’ve had some detox days lately since I’ve lowered my fat intake.  I can feel a bit sluggish as all that old stuff leaves the body.

I was on a great schedule of swimming and biking before the holidays, and now feeling strong in the diet area, but slowly getting back on track with the exercise.  I swam yesterday outside, even though it was 65 degrees Fahrenheit!  The water was warm, but getting out… BRRRR!!!

Spiritually, I’m reading the book, Keep Your Love On by Danny Silk.  It’s exactly what I needed!  The latest thought that resonated with me today is how can I value the truth in another person well, if I don’t value the truth of my own heart well?

Profound stuff!  I’m definitely learning to value and validate my own heart, and value truth above everything else.

Divorce has not been easy by any means.  I’m learning a lot about myself.  I still debate a bit between moving forward or waiting for reconciliation.  Being is Florida away from it all is helpful to get my head clear.

Either way, this I know… I’m…

Baby Step ~ 37 Florida!!! And my first 5k!

photo

I’ve moved to Florida!  In search of warmer weather to inspire more outdoor activity and to continue to improve my eating.

I have a bike and an air bed to start!

To start Thanksgiving off, I ran (and walked) my first 5k race!

I’m living with a Iron woman triathlete/ fitness trainer, so if that isn’t motivation, I don’t know what is!

Thankfully, she eats pretty raw and quite healthy!  So I’m surrounded by great weather and all kinds of motivating factors!

Today I rode my first 11 mile bike ride here on an awesome trail!  So cool!

This could be very addicting 🙂

Baby Step ~ 36 Tiny Homes?

Screen Shot 2015-10-04 at 5.01.18 PM

See Tiny Home website here

Tiny houses, RV’s, motorhomes?

Reducing our stuff and minimizing down to just the necessities and favorites…

As my life continues to transition, I’m pondering these options.

A way to live mortgage free is very inviting.  Plus rent for the land being cheap or free depending on where you go.

I’m not sure where I want to live and settle, but I would like to venture out and see what it looks like out there.

Could I really live in a tiny home?  Maybe no stove or oven?

A composting toilet?

Water catchment system for showers and running water?

Off the grid, with no utilities?

Let me know your thoughts out there!  And where is the best place to live?

Here are some statistics I found from http://www.thetinylife.com

65% of tiny house dwellers have zero credit card debt!  Pretty exciting!

Baby Step ~ 35 Fruit Hydration

IMG_2883

I’ve noticed recently that when I’m eating plenty of juicy fruits in summer, like watermelon and grapes, I’m not as thirsty for water.

I had read in the past that fruit is the best water, and water filtration system there is.  It’s packed with excellent water!

I’m back from my year of massage school.  It was a very awesome time of learning and meeting new people with like minds.  I’m so grateful for those experiences.

I’ve gotten off track with my eating this summer, since I’ve been back, and now I really really REALLY want to be back on track!

Too many aches and pains have crept back into my life from eating high fat foods at the fairs and festivals.

So this week, I’ve pressed the restart button, and am aiming for a month long raw detox!  At least a month!!!  I already feel better!

I’m not a doctor.  These are just my experiences and experiences of those around me, as well as my research over the years.

Baby Step #33 ~ Chip Replacements

I’ve long been a chip lover. I grew up on potato chips and in my 20’s I got hooked on all types of corn chips.

Since 2010, I have been more mindful and switched to non GMO and gluten free tortilla chips, but I noticed lately that even those weren’t digesting as great as raw food options.

So I have recently switched to all raw chips and raw veggies dipped in guacamole and salsa. This all digests sooooo much better! I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything!

These are my favorite raw vegan chips:

Baby Step #32 ~ Logging My Food

If you are ever wondering (like I was) “Why am I just maintaining the same weight, or even gaining weight?” I found it’s a good idea for me to recheck my daily food intake.

I use http://www.cronometer.com to occasionally check in and see where my percentages of fat intake, vs. carbohydrates and protein are.

Since I aim for the 80/10/10 raw/vegan way to eat, I plug in that option in the Profile.  And it helps me see where my percentages are for the day, as well as calories and exercise.

Sometimes I think my fat intake can’t be that high, but then I log everything in, and I find myself up near 30% of my day as fat, which is much too high for me and my goals!

I recently started logging again, and it helps me get my fat back down to between 12 and 20% per day, averaging around 16% fat per week, which makes me much happier to see!  (It’s still hard for me to get down to 10% consistently, so I’m very happy seeing below 20% for now!)

This is just a sample day…

Screen Shot 2015-01-25 at 1.56.02 PM

My calorie intake is still high, between 2300 and 3000 per day.  And I am swimming for about 70 minutes, around a mile, so I feel good about that.  I’m not hungry when I go to sleep at night, nor am I too full in any way.

I’m happy, no thrilled really, that I no longer binge eat to the point where I don’t feel well!  That is a HUGE praise and I am soooo thankful to God for these healings in my life!

Love and all healing to YOU out there!!!!
