Baby Step #27 ~ Time for a Raw Cleanse?


With all this talk of serious diseases going around, I’m wondering…

Is it time to boost that immune system?

For some reason, I am drawn to more totally raw eating as winter approaches.  I enjoy eating fruits, smoothies, and salads all summer, but somehow Fall and Winter achiness make me crave more and more fresh, ripe, whole fruits and veggies.

And now with all this talk about contagious viruses and such entering our country, I’m leaning more and more toward some immune boosting ideas.

It may just be time for a 7 day or longer cleanse!

We may seriously want to consider this instead of “treating” ourselves to junk food…

Just sayin’…
