Baby Step #8 ~ Water Water Water


Do you have bad headaches?  Nausea?

There’s a chance you are dehydrated.

One of the first things they will do if you go to a hospital is put an I.V. in you to hydrate you, so keep hydrated with lots o’ water!

Fresh fruits and greens are also packed with nature’s filtered water…  The best there is.

But still drink plenty of water on top of that.

Not tea, not soda, not coffee… Not alcohol, not flavored water (with lots of processed ingredients), not carbonated water…

Those don’t hydrate you.  You need to double your water after any of those.
It’s best to not drink those, but if you are not there yet, then replenish your water after drinking any of those!

For me, I’ve found that some bad headaches, nausea, dry eyes, and dry skin can be cured by more water!

My friend also recently had severe dry eyes, and she started pushing the water, and it cleared up right away!

I’m not a doctor, these are just my experiences and experiences of those around me, as well as the research I’ve done over the years.
