Baby Step #2 ~ Almond Milk

Replace milk and cream, etc with almond milk.

Get the dairy outta your life as soon as possible!

So many things start to clear up and feel better!  This happened for me, and thousands of others!

So if you gotta have dairy, try the almond milk instead.

✿   I even baked with this when I was transitioning to a raw food diet.  It worked just as well in my opinion.
