Replace your peanut butter with almond butter.
My doctor/chiropractor actually told me to stay away from peanuts and peanut butter in the U.S.
So when I first was going raw, I bought almond butter (raw) at the health food store, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe’s for the best price!
You can put it on your bananas as a snack or dessert. You can also use it in recipes, whether raw or not.
Whatever you were using peanut butter for, you can now use almond butter and feel one baby step healthier for it 🙂
