This was a typical day for Fall/Winter.
~ 1/2 to 1 pineapple
~ 4 oranges, juiced
Blend in Vitamix with 1-2 cups of water
~ 6 bananas
~ 16 dates (soaked in water, then pitted)
~ 2 Tablespoons of carob powder
~ 1 cup of romaine lettuce (didn’t feel like having a big salad tonight)
Cover with water
Blend in Vitamix (add ice if you like)
~ 7 figs
~ Corn pasta – 8 ounces, with low sodium marinara sauce
Total Calories for the Day = 3159
This was a low-fat day and included Peak 8 exercises on the bike. My calories have gone UP since starting my exercise challenge.
